The cold recycling object of this communication, it is recycled in situ with emulsion and a small percentage of cement, concerning 0.5 % in weight over the arid weight, so this one addition in small quantities, it allows to continue keeping the flexible properties of a material treated with ligante bituminous simultaneously that complements itself with those of a hydraulic binder, such as achieving that the recycled mixture acquires resistance very much before, and be less capable to the water, that is to say, they assure retained resistances concerning 80 %.
