In the last decades a spectacular growth of the traffic has taken place in Europe as consequence of the economic development. Tied to this increase in the mobility there is the increase of the generated noise, fundamentally proceeding from the rolled traffic, which ends up by affecting the quality of life of the citizens Europeos (Figura1). For this reason, preventive measures and correctoras as the rehabilitation of the cap of tread, the substitution of this one for less sonorous others, or the incorporation in Surface project sono-reductoras (specially in projects of construction of new routes or rehabilitation or modification of the existing ones), they take a great acceptance as one of the measures more economic to mitigate the acoustic pollution in origin [2,3].
