During her career as a Civil Servant she has covered relevant positions such as Deputy Director of urban development at the Directorate-General of Community Funds of the Spanish Ministry of Finance, Deputy Assistant Director-General at the Subdirectorate-General for sustainability of coastal and maritime areas of the Spanish Ministry of agriculture, food and environment, as well as other leading positions.
Since April 2018, she holds the position of Dean of the School of Civil Engineering.
