INNOVACARRETERA 2013: 21 May 2013
Second edition of the Tecnological exhibition fair of the road infrastructure sector.
INNOVACARRETERA 2013 was a two-day working meeting of the Spanish road industry under a new format: live exhibitions of innovative products and services for application to road infrastructures.
Due to the need to optimise available resources in the current economic climate, INNOVACARRETERA 2013 presented technological innovations of the road industry in the areas of sustainability, energy efficiency, cost savings and road safety.
After the success of the first edition of this Fair in 2011, which gathered 120 representatives of the industry and 5 technolgical demonstrators, this second edition of the Fair once again was an opportunity for companies in the sector to move beyond traditional commercial fairs and share their technological innovations in a more efficient and clarifying way with their regular contacts inside the public administrations and the private sector, both on site at the Fair itself and through broadcast online.
The event was held outdoors with all necessary infrastructures for exhibitions and had both a programme of general presentations at the indoor auditorium and various exhibition sessions.
