It is with pleasure that the Mexican Asphalt Association, organising entity of XX CILA 2019, the Ibero Latin American Asphalt Congress, extends a warm invitation to participate in this outstanding event that will take place from 25 to 29 November on the premises of the Performing Arts Center of the University of Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico.

CILA is one of the world's most prestigious congresses as it involves participation of more than 20 different countries, gathering experts from four continents. The CILA congresses seek to promote technological innovation and reinforce scientific activities and technological development carried out in our countries, and to analyse procedures developed by world leading experts.

On this occasion, Mexico has been chosen as the venue of XX CILA 2019, which encouraged the search for one of the most suitable cities to host an event of this magnitude. For this reason the Organising Committee has chosen the city of Guadalajara in the state of Jalisco.

The event will be organised at the Performing Arts Center of the University of Guadalajara, as it offers exceptional facilities to develop our technical activities in the most appropriate way.

It is worth pointing out that the metropolis of Guadalajara, also known as the “Perla Tapatía”, has excellent hotels and tourism facilities related to folklore, gastronomy and the Mexican natural beauty, as well as a number of “pueblos mágicos” (magic villages) which will be the perfect complement of your trip to Mexico.
