Description:

Since January 1, 2008, thanks to the Marked one CE, the free traffic of products is allowed to the manufacturers of bituminous mixes according to the directives defined in CPD 89/106/CEE. Recently, this Board has been repealed and replaced with the Regulation N º 305/2011 of March 9, 2011. 

This Regulation, already in effect, will be of obliged fulfillment from July 1, 2013, he gathers a series of modifications on the board, being one of them, her of spreading the changes that have been realized, for the competent organisms in the different member states that it is of application. 

This day directed the manufacturers of bituminous mixes and to the public organisms, has as aim realize a presentation of the modifications that the new Regulation has incorporated, and in turn it tries to give response to all the doubts that could appear to all the implied agents.
