ATEB was born in the year 2002 with a clear vocation of defense of the values contributed by the Bituminous Emulsion and the technologies that bear his employment in the pavimentación of highways. All this, from a technical point of view and with the firm will to represent the technological leadership in the sector. Twelve years after his foundation ATEB's aims follow more in force that and they never make concrete year a year with the results that obtain in different areas of ATEB's management, as well as in the groups of work of the Technical Committee.
In this event, there will be approached diverse topics of current importance and interest for the sector of the pavimentación. There is a session dedicated to the normative changes that they have to see with the Bituminous Emulsions. Other one in the one that will do to herself an analysis of the World and National Market of the Bituminous and, Emulsion finally, a session in which some solutions will be exposed for our highways based on the employment of Bituminous Emulsion. In her one will present ATEB's Monograph on moderate mixtures and the most innovative developments in the field of the emulsions, but remembering the classic technologies of conservation, so necessary today for our highways. Also we will have the occasion to bring over to the participants how the Public Innovative Buy can be of usefulness in the field of the technologies with bituminous emulsions for the highways.
To finish, we will seize this opportunity to honour some persons who have supported and encouraged ATEB in his activity, in an Act of Members' Appointment of Honor with which we will put the final clasp to this Day II Technical National of Bituminous Emulsions.
