Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree, University of New Hampshire
Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering, Georgia Institute of Technology.
Memberships in the Association of Asphalt Paving Technologists, the Canadian Technical Asphalt Association, as well as numerous other professional and civic organizations.
Registered professional engineer in the state of Hawaii. In 2009 he achieved the Certified Association Executive designation from the American Society of Association Executives.
He has served on the TRIP board of directors since 2003, on the board of the Foundation for Pavement Preservation since 2004 and on the board of the American Highway User’s Alliance since 2011. A New Hampshire native, he served in the U.S. Army’s Corps of Engineers for over 21 years leading planning, design and construction.
