Carmen Librero
Biography
Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Polytechnic University of Madrid. Member of the Corps of Aeronautical Engineers. Between 2012 and 2018 she was responsible for the Spanish General Secretariat of Transport.
Previously, she held the position of general manager of Air Navigation of Aena, besides other positions of responsibility at the air carrier such as Director of Engineering and Exploitation, Director of Planning, Financial Control and Management.
She has also been Councillor for Transports at the Spanish Permanent Representation to the European Union.
