Biography
Graduated in Chemistry, University of Valladolid. Master’s Degree in Experimental Chemistry and Laboratories, Department of Organic Chemistry, Faculty of Sciences of the University of Valladolid, Doctorate from the Alfonso X El Sabio University (Madrid), Environment and Territory programme.
Managing Director of the Agri-food and Processes Division at CARTIF, where he has been developing his professional career, working in both national and European projects within the framework of sustainability of infrastructures, construction and processes in general. Environmental officer of several Smart City construction projects of the 7th Framework Programme and Horizon 2020 calls. He coordinates the European project LIFE BATTLE CO2, in collaboration with the Spanish company Collosa and the Spanish Road Technology Platform. Environmental officer of BIOMOTIVE, a project of the European Horizon 2020 call. Since 2016 member of the Management Board of the Spanish Road Technology Platform. Over 20 papers in both national and international magazines, and speaker at more than 10 congresses.
