Biography
Since June 1989 laboratory and quality responsable, bituminous mixes production plants of Asfaltos y Construcciones Elsan. Participation in research and/or development projects: Foro de Ligantes (Binders panel) and Proyecto Fénix (2007-2011, technical committee).
Currently Head of laboratory and technical assistance at Asfaltos y Construcciones Elsan.
Member of the European Standardisation Committee: CTN41/SC2/GT01 Bituminous Mixes and CTN/146/SC3 Aggregates for roads.
Technical Committee of the SMA (Stone Mastic Asphalt) Project.
Management Board of ALEAS (Spanish Group of member laboratories of Asefma).
